A lot of cars rolled off the assembly line , with more or less one purpose . But this grocery getter , had all the right stuff . And as you can see with time and afew bucks , Shawn has put together one fine looking ride . Good job !

Alot of money and time went into this body , you can hide alot of problems under a coat of paint . You dont find until you start sanding , but after afew surprises that were repaired properly . Add a SS hood and some new frnt. fenders , this car is ready for paint . Which was repainted in a factory 1968 maroon metallic , dupont premier base coat clear coat . If you can find a flaw your up on me , and pictures dont lie .

This car has a factory sport interior , and thats the way it stays . With the interior redone to stock , with only a Tach and a gauge cluster added .

The factory part ends there , and when you open the hood you will see why ! Just looking you might think this is just another 350 cu. in. . Well dont make that assumption till you hear it run . Bored over .30 , balanced , ported Edelbrock heads , intake and carburator . Speed Pro cam , 1;6 roller rockers with an outrageous 10;1 compression . Finished off with ceramic headers , and a 2 1/2 " Flowmaster exhaust .

Putting the power through a TH 350 with a 2,500 stall and a rebuilt shift kit , putting the power to the ground with a 10 bolt posi rear with 3:55 gears .

Sporting a nice set of rally rims with B F Goodrich T/A' s , 225/60 on the front and 255/ 60 on the back .

The one thing to HRC , that really puts everything together on the exterior is the simple racing stripe .
