1965 Mustang GT 350 clone

Appraised $85,000

Is this Mustang not just a sweet heart ? Starting off with a fastback , I did'nt ask but probably had a 289 . Well with a ton of hours , D.J. has himself one of the nicest 65 GT 350 clones I've seen . It's all GT 350 on the exterior , splashed with a nice Blue . The GT stripes, with the custom grill , makes this car look like it means business . And pull up beside it at a light you would find out , the small block 302 has alot of horses to back it up ! Also a great choice on the mags , it shows off the 4 wheel disc brakes nicely.

Open up the hood you find a very orginized motor compartment . With a 302 small block packing a healthy 420 hp. . Rebuilt with ; 2.02 alum. heads , KB pistons , roller rockers , March pulley's . Dual plain manifold , topped with a 650 BG demon carb . Hooker headers , 2 1/2" pipes going to Flow Master EX mufflers handles the exhaust , with 3" SS chrome tips for an added touch .

Handling the power is a Muncie top loader 4 spd , with Hurst shift . Putting the power to the ground with a Lincoln 9" rear with 3:70 posi and adj. traction bars .

The car sits on a set of 16' Edelbrock 454 ultra mags . With a nice set of B.F. Goodrich T/A tires .

What can you say about the interior on this car , very well thought out to begin with . Nicely redone in blue and white , and looks like new . Alot of it is , and what is'nt looks like it ! Very comfortable re upholstered 89 Mustang GT front seats , with a custom console that is actually functional . Nice job on the all new dash , fitting in the tach and other gauges . Finishing off with a Grant wood grain steering wheel .

Other notibles ; a powerful sound system , G.T.350 hood , roll bar , tinted glass , sequential tail light kit .

Hope you enjoy the photos Hot Rod
