1957 chevy Bel Air
Dec/2006
Appraised $135,000
It took 3 1/2 years to do this ground up restore , but it was surely worth the wait . When I talked to Pat it was at Hot August nights S&S , and this was the cars first show he was happy as hell .
This 57 Bel Air is right out of the box and looks it too . With a beautiful sapphire blue exterior with a custom hood and shaved door handles and locks . And a very nice grill with custom signal light bar . Custom bumpers front and back with new chrome everything from front to back .
A totally redone Corvette LS 1 , sits in a very clean engine compartment . Nice job on the Bel Air valve covers , chrome alternator , March pulley's . With an aluminium radiator and street performance headers .
A 4l60 performance automatic handles the power , with a 9" ford posi rear , with 3:70 gears . Tubular front control arms , with rack and pinion steering . A custom triangular 4 link rear suspension , with an air ride suspension system . Equipped with Willwood disc brakes , with 4 piston calipers .
Sitting on a set of toyo dioxies 215 60 17" on the front with 275 55 17'' on the rear , with a very nice set of Intro wheels .
Nothing was spared on the interior starting with vintage air , custom console with Lokar steering wheel . Custom two tone suede door panels with matching head liner looks great . Custom dash and gauges , with pwr windows and locks . Finished off with the most comfortable leather seats I think I've every sat on .
