1929 Ford Tudor

When you decide to own a rod , and you dont have the time or the know how . And like any car you purchase you know it when you see it . And thats exactly what the proud owner of this rod did , and for good reason ! When a rod shop puts together a car , and the body on this car is steel , there is only one way to go and thats everything apart . So when Gerald the owner bought this rod , it is virtually a new hand made car .

For an outstanding effect chop the roof 5" , give the body a 4" stretch . Why stop there ? shave the door handles , and add suicide doors for the final touch . Then paint everything with a color so bright a blind man could find it in a parkade . Put in all new glass shaded except the front window , power windows is a nice touch . The interior is a fine piece of work , the normal 20s dash , with a nice gauge cluster and stereo , the grey interior and seats , with a black floor .

Drop the body on a solid TCI frame , with a fully chromed dropped front end . And a 9" ford rear (posi ? ) putting the power to the ground . Sitting nicely on a set of 185 65 15" on the front and some fat 255 70 15"s on the back . With a nice set of Prostars mags all around , virtually the only chrome on the exterior .

Take off the motor cover , sits a Chevy 300 hp. 350 . , and a turbo 350 trans . A very nice job on keeping the the motor compartment uncluttered , even with the AC compressor . As you can see by the blue burn on the headers that this car is a daily driver .

About the only thing that is not off a 29 is the grill (34) , and the fenders from that period did not fair well .
