Ask the Pros. 2008.Jan.7
Q: After several tragic deaths in the TF Funny car field, a shorter track is a good idea. But is it necessary to have the track 1,000 ft. for TF Dragster and Pro Stock.

A: There is no other vehicle in motor sports more dangerous than a 8,000 hp Funny Car. With the short wheel base and the powerful sometimes explosive motor directly in front of them I would have to say 1,000 ft. is plenty. But I strongly disagree with them shortening the track for TF Dragster and especially Pro Stock. Tell me your view on this subject Brent@HOTRODCANADA.COM
